“Botanic Dreams” is the exciting debut album from  Different Frequencies which takes an outlandish ride through  a diverse range of influences and atmospheres, mashing up Dance / Pop / Hip  Hop and Electro.    With skilful songwriting and  production, and a playful lyrical enthusiasm for exploring themes and ideas, Different Frequencies have created  this exuberant album packed with infectious hooks and melodies. “Botanic Dreams” is a spirited  collection of songs with a dynamic breadth and bags of character.    From the boisterous high-paced  skank of “What The Fup?” to the  dreamy “Red Telephone Boxes”, no  stone has been left unturned in the search for thrills. Elements of dance  music, dub, electronica, chillout, indie and even Cuban jazz come together to  create a staggeringly complete leftfield pop record.    The first two singles from the  album, “Flicking Switches” and “Whatever Next?”, have generated  widespread attention as things really gather momentum for Different Frequencies. They’ve  received plays on BBC radio and Xfm as well as many other stations worldwide.
