Dermot O’Leary The Saturday Sessions is a good compilation of acoustic gems and impressive covers from the crème of contemporary artists.

Expect to find Mumford & Sons, Paolo Nutini, Kasabian, Florence & The Machine, Editors, Lily Allen, Paloma Faith, Gossip, The Temper Trap and many more, performing their hits in acoustic fashion. And be surprised by incredible covers, such as the brilliant version of Fight For This Love (originally by Cheryl Cole) performed by Biffy Clyro, or Time To Pretend (MGMT) played by The Divine Comedy.

Despite I still think that some tracks are not exactly made for acoustic sounds, it is a good background music collection album, the kind you enjoy listening to while driving or while having a lazy breakfast.
