Raven Beats Crow are proud to present ‘S.U.N.’ – the first taste from their soon to be released Zola Budd EP (due 22nd November 2010).
Recorded by the band themselves in their Birdhouse Studios in London, and mixed by Chris Shaw (Super Furry Animals, Weezer), the track is perfect ironically-named epitaph to this once seemingly endless summer.
The free download of S.U.N will come for alongside a pre-order of the entire Zola Budd EP, with a package that also includes a ticket to The Imaginarium of Raven Beats Crow performance and an exclusive set of Raven Beats Crow top trump cards.
The ticket in said package is for an exclusive performance of their new material at St Andrew’s Crypt in Holborn, London on 14th October – an evening that has been (unofficially) daubed with the title “The Imaginarium of Raven Beats Crow”. The surroundings of The Crypt will be converted into a Victorian Alice in Wonderland lair, filled with The evening will consist of a brand new live performance from the band with live visuals from Tartan Walrus as well as appearances from “future laureate” Tim Turnbull, DJ amblings from George Kurtz (aka DJ Krust) and some robotic arms to boot!
