‘Unconsoled’ is the follow up to ‘The Living’ and another example of Performance’s unique style of literate English pop. Inspired by the kazuo Ishiguro novel of the same name, ‘Unconsoled’ is musically joyous and lyrically intelligent. Performance are a band with issues. They have overcome things that would have broken a lesser band – drugs, depression, disease, losing a band member, major label politics – but Performance never quit they just got better.

Performance have gotten Tigerbass signed Scottish production duo Dolby Anol who have remixed Gossip, Kings of Leon, Teenagers, Chromeo and The Invisible to put their own twist on their upcoming single ‘Unconsoled’ which you can download below
