Latitude festival weekend is approaching and to treat you we are giving you a session of interviews with Darwin Deez, John Osborne, Philippa Perry, The Kissaway Trail and The Good Natured. Enjoy!

When you think of Latitude what 5 words spring to mind?
Tents, beer, sunrise, waking and baking.
If you could only see one performance at this year’s festival what would it be?
It would be between Grizzly Bear and Laura Marling I think.
What 5 items will you be bringing to Latitude?
Picks, earplugs, my glasses, my guitar and a smile of excitement.
Do you have anything special planed for your performance at Latitude?
Not yet, but it’s still a long way away. We might do.
Latitude is 5 years old, how did you celebrate your fifth birthday?
Unknown, captain.
John Osborne – Poetry Arena – Norwich
When you think of Latitude what 5 words spring to mind?
Best weekend of the year
If you could only see one performance at this year’s festival what would it be?
Brigitte Aphrodite in the Poetry Arena.
What 5 items will you be bringing to Latitude?
Pop up tent, Haribo, mouthwash, rum, mixer.
Do you have anything special planed for your performance at Latitude?
Yes, going to do all new material.
Latitude is 5 years old, how did you celebrate your fifth birthday?
Grimsby Leisure Centre.
Philippa Perry- Literary Arena – Clerkenwell, London
When you think of Latitude what 5 words spring to mind?
Jonny Phillips, lighting, gas, stove.
If you could only see one performance at this year’s festival what would it be?
It depends who is wearing the best moustache, Rufus Hound or Richard Herring.
What 5 items will you be bringing to Latitude?
Phone, memory stick, hairbrush, program and ear plugs.
Do you have anything special planed for your performance at Latitude?
Mixing up humour and psychotherapy to make therapy more accessible/less frightening. But it will be more spontaneous than planned, although a slide show may happen. It will be for people with an interest in psychotherapy, however slight or however obsessive.
Latitude is 5 years old, how did you celebrate your fifth birthday?
I have no memory of the event, or even if it was an event.

When you think of Latitude what 5 words spring to mind?
Our bass player’s birthday, Sun, grass, mud and flags.
If you could only see one performance at this year’s festival what would it be?
Hmm… It would be fun to see ourselves. How we look and Sound.
We played with a lot of the bands that’s on the poster this year and you never really have the time to see bands, but grizzly Bear would be good choice.
What 5 items will you be bringing to Latitude?
Soren, Daniel, hasse, Rune and Ole.
Do you have anything special planed for your performance at Latitude?
Yeah, but I wont spoil it by telling you.
Latitude is 5 years old, how did you celebrate your fifth birthday?
I really can’t remember. Probably playing, eating and signing.

It’s going to be good.

You know it. Always. We put the attitude into Latitude.
