The National’s new single, Anyone’s Ghost is due for release as a digital download on June 28th. “Anyone’s Ghost” was recorded during the High Violet album sessions of March 2009 at The National’s studio in Brooklyn. Following the success of sold out shows at London’s Royal Albert Hall and The Electric Ballroom, The National’s new album High Violet entered the UK album charts at number 5.

A second night at London’s Brixton Academy has been announced due to ticket demand. Both Brixton shows, November 30th and December 1st, are now on sale. Ahead of these dates, The National will be performing at Glastonbury this summer and headline the Word Arena stage at Latitude.
