Interpol have announced two autumn shows in the UK and Ireland.

The New York band will return for their first shows since 2008 at Edinburgh Corn Exchange on November 27 and Dublin Olympia on the 29.

Interpol will play:

Edinburgh Corn Exchange (November 27)
Dublin Olympia (29)

Tickets go on sale on Wednesday, June 2 at 9am.

The band, who are gearing up for the release of the follow-up to 2007’s Our Love To Admire, will hit the road without bassist Carlos Dengler, who recently quit the band.

The shows come after the band cancelled the majority of their upcoming US tour, because U2 have been forced to postpone shows on their US jaunt.
